I apply my training in biological and computational sciences to understand the functioning of biomolecules. I have extensive experience in sequence and structural analysis of proteins. I have a keen interest in the application of open source technologies in analysis and visualization of biological data. I am also actively engaged in development and implementation of innovative educational approaches.
